Vixen is a side-scrolling action-platformer released in 1988 for MS-DOS and other platforms, developed by Intelligent Design Ltd. and published by Martech Games Ltd. The game is notable for its unique premise, early use of motion capture animation, and controversial cover art.

🦊 Story & Setting

Set on the planet Granath, a world overrun by dinosaurs, players assume the role of Vixen—the last human survivor. Raised by magical foxes after being abandoned as a child, Vixen is endowed with the ability to transform into a fox and wields a magical whip. Her mission is to eradicate the dinosaur menace and restore humanity's place on Granath.

This game has been tested on an original PC and runs flawlessly. Please note that certain games may require installation to the computer’s hard drive in order to function properly. This is often necessary when the game’s size exceeds the 1.44MB capacity of a standard floppy disk or when the game requires additional files and setup that cannot be run directly from the disk.
